The administrative service center,as a new institution in the process of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,bears the responsibility of representing the government departments in handling the administrative examination and approval business and some public service items.According to the characteristics of the administrative examination and approval service provides M of Guangzhou city administrative service center,from the dimensions of D&M information system success model for service quality,customer satisfaction model and the role of government in the cognitive basis,put forward the following hypothesis: "Big government" tendency is strong,the perceived quality of service information system,quality perception and evaluation of perceived quality evaluation,evaluation are higher;information quality perception,perceived service quality,perceived system quality and "big government" tendency has a significant positive effect on the service satisfaction specific administrative approval and cumulative satisfaction.The public distributed questionnaires and conducted unstructured interviews to the M administrative service center of Guangzhou.After the establishment of the database,the statistical analysis was carried out to verify most of the research hypotheses: The cognitive role of government and big government tend to have significant positive influence perceived quality and perceived service quality system of the administrative examination and approval service;significant positive impact on the perceived quality and perceived quality of information service system of the administrative examination and approval of specific satisfaction have significant positive effects;perceived quality,information system,quality of service quality and perception " the government " tendency of accumulation on the administrative examination and approval service satisfaction.To this end,through the concept,information technology and system and other aspects to improve the service quality of the administrative service center,and then improve the public satisfaction with the administrative examination and approval service of administrative service center.
