Research On The Impact Of Urbanization On Rural Women's Values In Northern Shaanxi

Urbanization is the gradual transformation of rural areas into cities and towns.Urbanization is not only the urbanization of rural population,but also the urbanization of rural people's concept.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,the values of rural women have been greatly influenced and changed.Among them,the values of rural women in northern shaanxi,who are always famous for traditional images of women,are more obviously affected by urbanization.The most prominent manifestation is the sharp contrast of their values before and after they go to the city.Based on this,the paper targeted to carry out research on the values of rural women in northern shaanxi under the background of urbanization,analyze the impact brought by it and and put forward countermeasures.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field research and comparative research to analyze and think about the change of rural women's values in northern shaanxi under the background of urbanization.From the perspective of the development of rural women in northern shaanxi and the sustainable development of urbanization,this paper expounds the importance and necessity of attaching importance to the change of rural women's values under the background of urbanization.In order to further clarify the status quo of rural women's values in northern shaanxi,through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of modern values of rural women in northern shaanxi,the paper emphatically analyzes the dual impact of urbanization on their values,and draws the following conclusions.Positive impact: the first self-awareness disillusionment,began to focus on themselves;Secondly,the awareness of participation is enhanced,and employment and career choice are emphasized.The third birth concept changes,pays more attention to the reality;Fourth,the expansion of interpersonal communication,independence significantly improved.Negative influence: first,the rural women in northern shaanxi have weakened their sense of human relationship and become utilitarian.Second,the concept of marriage changes and the divorce rate keeps rising.Third,self-alienation,happiness index is not high.Fourth,negative work attitude,lack of motivation.On the basis of exploring the main reasons and analyzing the current situation of rural women's values in northern shaanxi,this paper puts forward several Suggestions to guide rural women's values in northern shaanxi.First,we need to promote continuing education for rural women,vigorously develop vocational education,and enhance market resilience.Actively cultivate rural women self-reliance,self-esteem of the social mentality,improve their psychological self-confidence.Second,we need to strengthen the positive publicity of public opinion,adhere to the guidance of social core values,deepen the appeal of traditional virtues,and guide their ideology.Third,we need to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of rural women,mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in cultural life,enrich the types of leisure cultural life,and meet their psychological needs.Fourth,we need to raise the government's awareness of taking the initiative to serve,set up community-level women's service organizations,improve the implementation of relevant rules and systems,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
