Since reform and opening up thirty years,China's economic and social changes have happened.Due to the dual track of economic development and social structure,most rural women have been forced to stay in the rural areas,and they have been forced to stay in rural areas and become "rural" left behind women".At present,nearly 50 million of the left behind women in our country is a large number of rural left behind personnel.With the accelerated process of urbanization,rural left behind women's survival and development issues are becoming increasingly prominent,affecting the harmonious development of society.On the new urbanization of the party in the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the development of the left behind women in rural areas is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.However,found in the existing research on the issue of left behind women,lack of research in view of the problem of employment and of rural left behind women in employment difficulty is also a lack of effective measures,is not conducive to the harmonious development of rural society in our country.Therefore,focusing on the rural left behind women's employment,and study the countermeasures,the vulnerable groups of women left behind gradually change as the main force of China's rural construction,to push forward the construction of the new town has a positive and far-reaching significance.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire,in-depth interviews and other methods were studied.Taking Jingning She Autonomous County as an example analysis of rural left behind women's employment situation,employment difficulties and the reasons,finally,combine the social gender,social support,role conflict,Schultz's human capital and other related theories,put forward to expedite the settlement of rural left behind women employment in the general ideas and specific countermeasures.This paper mainly includes the following six parts:The first part,introduction,introduces the research background,significance,purpose,content and methods,and summarizes the status of domestic and foreign research,and points out the possible innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second part,introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,and the use of role conflict,social gender,social support,Schultz's human capital theory as the analysis of the rural left behind women employment difficulties and countermeasures are put forward based on.The third part,introduces the Jingning She Autonomous County and Jingning She Autonomous County Rural left behind women's basic situation;through the analysis of the questionnaire survey,from the employment intention,employment,employment distribution three aspects analysis the Jingning She Autonomous County Rural left behind women's employment status,and summarize the Jingning She Autonomous County Government on rural left behind women's employment policy support.The fourth part,from the three aspects of the channels of employment,employment security,employment ability analysis,Jingning Yu Autonomous County Rural left behind women in employment facing the difficulties,respectively from the four angles of the system and idea,economic development,family and individual analysis of rural left behind women employment difficulties.In the fifth part,from three aspects,such as widening the employment channel,increasing the guarantee of employment and improving the ability of employment,this part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment of the rural left behind women.
