Design And Implementation Of Administrative Approval System Based On "Internet + Government Affairs Service"

The construction of administrative examination & approval system is an important part of government informationization.Through the construction of administrative examination &approval system,the efficiency of approval system is improved by means of informationization,government supervision is strengthened,and the satisfaction of citizens is increased.The administrative examination & approval system provides a new method for the administrative examination & approval of government departments.It transfers the traditional manual work mode to the Internet platform,makes full use of the Internet technology to improve the efficiency of management,promote the interconnection of information flows,and truly realize the sharing of resources.Through optimizing and integring of the approval process,we can achieve the network of the approval service,the intelligence of government service management,the visualization of business process,which build a multi-level collaborative Internet government service system.This thesis investigates the current administrative approval business of government service.On this basis,combining with the existing experience in the construction of administrative approval system of government service,and considering the construction of one-stop user-oriented government service platform,we makes a comprehensive analysis of the functional requirements and service objects of the administrative approval system,and forms a system demand analysis instructions.The system design and implementation are based on the Spring MVC development framework,which is based on J2 EE development platform,and using Activiti5 process engine as workflow engine.The administrative approval system is divided into portal system and business management system.Portal system is the entrance of online event declaration.Users can make online event declaration and business management in the portal website.The business management system is the entrance to the lobby business declaration.The examining and approving staff can examine and approve the matters applied for on-line and in the lobby in the business processing system.Finally,the system is tested and validated comprehensively by using performance testing tools to simulate the typical businessof users,and the related problems and defects are repaired,so that the system achieves the preset requirements.
