With the deepening of the construction of service-oriented government and the improvement of the legalization of social management,the people put forward higher expectations for the fine standard of law enforcement and the convenience and efficiency of public security services.As the most important and huge part of public security organs,grass-roots public security policemen undertake a lot of tedious and specific daily work.They are public security organs and the people.The most closely related part is also the core and foundation of the whole public security work.The focus of the construction of the public security team is at the grass-roots level.The quality of the team,the level of law enforcement and the relationship between the police and the people are also mainly reflected at the grass-roots level.The working conditions of the grass-roots police directly affect the national security,social stability,the sense of security of the people and the satisfaction of the public security work.So how to incentive mechanism of grass-roots police is a problem that needs to be explored.Therefore,based on the two-factor theory,this paper will study the incentive mechanism of grass-roots police in Lanzhou.Based on the investigation and analysis of the professional status,characteristics and incentive factors of grass-roots policemen in Lanzhou,this paper analyses the existing problems and causes of the professional incentive mechanism of grass-roots policemen in Lanzhou,and probes into the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of grass-roots policemen in Lanzhou by using the two-factor theory.Through the questionnaire of incentive mechanism of grass-roots policemen in Lanzhou City and the method of literature research,this paper finds that there are some problems in the incentive mechanism of grass-roots policemen in Lanzhou City,such as incomplete assessment system and unsystematic incentivescheme.Combining with statistical analysis,this paper integrates the key contents of health factors and incentive factors into the incentive system of performance appraisal and promotion of policemen.In the development of incentive system,salary and welfare incentive system and other specific incentive systems,to improve the incentive mechanism of grass-roots police in Lanzhou.Compared with the previous theoretical research results,the innovation of this paper lies in the fact that through the questionnaire analysis of grass-roots police,the transformation between health care factors and incentive factors is found,the limited resources are matched with the needs of police as far as possible,and the corresponding exploration of the excavation and division of health care factors and incentive factors is made,which has the significance of empirical research and stimulates the grass-roots police in the future.The study of incentive mechanism provides a reference,but also enriches the theoretical research of incentive mechanism of Chinese police.
