Research On Quality Control Of Cloud Migration Construction Project Of G Portal

In recent years,with the continuous emergence of new technologies,the application of E-government has entered a new stage.On the one hand,the construction of e-government focuses on providing public services and information sharing.The awareness of enterprises and citizens to know,participate and supervise information disclosure has been constantly enhanced,which puts forward higher requirements for public information,responding to the public and guiding public opinion under the new situation.On the other hand,the new IT technology and operation mode represented by cloud computing has been gradually applied in the field of e-government.Through the formation of e-government cloud through government data center,information sharing and government collaboration across systems and departments can be realized.The development of E-government needs to improve its efficiency and service level.Although the G Industry and Information Committee has also established its own portal website,which can carry out business management and provide services to the public,there are many problems that restrict the efficiency and level of government service,and become an obstacle to the realization of e-government.Promote the gradual transformation of e-government applications to cloud platform model,realize information sharing,business collaboration and centralized management,so that government work can be carried out efficiently and better serve the public.This paper is based on the G portal website as a case,from the perspective of quality management,using literature,observation,information research and experience summary methods comprehensively,to analyze the existing problems of website display,government website management,website security,data application,load balancing and so on,combined with the performance evaluation of e-government website,as well as the Office of the State Council on strengthening the construction of information content of government website.The necessity and urgency of website cloud migration are discussed in terms of the construction and management of government websites and the requirements of guiding the development of government websites.G portal cloud migration project quality control in the whole process,forming quality control system based on milestone points:In the project implementation stage,including project development and design,data migration,system switching for quality management,and before the switching process for the entire website for a comprehensive test,found problems to implement PDCA management,until the solution to the problem before switching,and finally smooth online trial run.During the project trial run to the acceptance stage,the problems found on the website are constantly solved.After six months of trial run,the system is running normally,and the conformity of the whole project is checked and accepted.Quality control is carried out in the whole process of the government website project of G City Industrial and Information Committee,and a quality control system based on milestones is formed.Each milestone is regarded as the key node of quality control and runs through the whole process of the project.The smooth implementation of the cloud migration project of G portal website is an important measure to keep pace with the times,promote the openness of government affairs,innovate management mode and enhance service capacity.The results of G portal after cloud migration are as follows:1.The interface is more concise and easy to operate.All kinds of information can be classified and displayed to facilitate citizens to inquire about the information they need.Improve the level of information disclosure,improve transparency and administrative efficiency,and give full play to the role of government information disclosure platform in promoting and publishing government information.2.Strengthen good interaction with enterprises and citizens,enhance user experience and improve user satisfaction.3.Strengthen the standardized management of the website,and ensure the safe operation of the website platform and data security.It greatly reduces the workload of website managers,facilitates website management and improves work efficiency.4.Compared with previous years,the performance evaluation of government websites has been greatly improved.
