Since the reform and opening up,various undertakings in Chinese society have developed rapidly.Industrialization has led to the emergence of the first large-scale wave of migrant workers in New China,and at the same time it has raised the problem of the development of left-behind children.At the same time,urbanization has led to the dynamic expansion of cities to create a complex urban-rural integration.The left-behind children living in the urban-rural fringe have more growth pressure than the rural left-behind children because of the complex living environment.Yibin City is in the underdeveloped western region,with a high proportion of left-behind children.As the political,economic and cultural center of Yibin City,Cuiping District ranks in the forefront of the province's districts and counties in terms of economic development.It also forms many typical urban-rural integration areas.Here,the living environment is complex,and government supervision and the rule of law are not in place.It is easy.Left-behind children without parental supervision have grown up.Therefore,how to create a good environment for the left-behind children in the urban-rural commissariat and let the left-behind children in the urban-rural merging region grow healthier is very important for China's economic and social development and social harmony and stability.Based on this situation,this article takes the left-behind children in the urban-rural area as the research object from the perspective of government supervision.First,in the form of field observations,we select five urban-rural areas such as the Zongchang Central School,Dayun Experimental Primary School,and Fangshui Central School.Primary schools conduct field observations;second,in the form of questionnaires,six townships(streets)at the junction of urban and rural areas such as Anfu Street,Xijiao Street,Zhaochang Street,Xiangbi Street,and Nanguang Town in Cuiping District are selected at random.650 left-behind children distributed questionnaires,622 were recalled,and 608 were valid questionnaires.SPSS and other software were used to analyze the results.The growth status and existing growth problems of left-behind children in urban-rural areas were mainly explored.The “universal + school + social” unilateral factors were analyzed.And the influence of diversification factors on the development of left-behind children;thirdly,in the form of field interviews,10 schools(communities)and schools for left-behind children in urban and rural areas are selected,and urban community committees,urban education bureaus,and urban areas are selected.Women's Federation and other related functional departments conducted interviews with the relevant issues.According to this research idea,this paper elaborates on six parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the research content and the research methods used.The second part defines the concept of "urban-rural integration department" and "left-behind children",describes the literature review of related research at home and abroad,and systematically elaborates the basic theory used in this paper.In the third part,questionnaires and interviews were conducted on the growth of left-behind children in the urban-rural area of Cuiping District,Yibin City.The results were statistically analyzed and the problems of left-behind children growing in urban-rural areas were briefly analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the growth of left-behind children in the urban-rural area of the Cuiping District from the family,school,and society level,and highlights the impact of the complexity of the urban-rural merging area on left-behind children.In the fifth part,based on the useful experience of other places in the country,combined with relevant literature and data,we propose targeted measures for the growth and supervision of left-behind children in the urban-rural area of Cuiping District,Yibin City.
