General secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization at the nineteen working conferences,which is of great significance and historical value for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to embody the superiority of socialism.In the context of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the growth of left behind children has been raised again.The healthy growth of left behind children in rural areas can effectively promote the harmony and stability of the family and improve the overall quality of children,which is the problem and key point of rural revitalization,and the Research on the integration of left behind children and Rural Revitalization Strategy has become the focus.This paper has been working in X town for a long time to understand the current situation of education and the situation of left behind children in X Town,and has a good understanding of the strategy and implementation of Rural Revitalization.During the period of master's degree,the major learned is also related to this study,with a solid theoretical basis,so it can combine theory with practice,and conduct in-depth research on the growth of left behind children in the context of Rural Revitalization in X town.In this study,literature research method is used to integrate and analyze relevant theories;field research method is used to understand the current situation of X Town,migrant workers and left behind children through the town government,village committee,local women's Federation,local primary and secondary schools,kindergartens,etc.;interview method is used to interview school teachers,village committee,relevant government staff,social organizations,etc To understand the specific problems of left behind children,so as to place the research under the strategic background of rural revitalization,analyze the causes of the problems of left behind children in X Town,and put forward countermeasures.The innovation of this study lies in,firstly,integrating the problem of left behind children with the background of rural revitalization,and comprehensively discussing the problem of left behind children from the aspects of rural cultural revitalization,talent revitalization,industrial revitalization,rural education,government governance,social care and urban-rural integration.Secondly,this paper selects the left behind children in small townsas a case study.Third,this study integrates the data of town government,education department,women's Federation department,village committee and school,and collates the data and data,which is of more practical value.This paper mainly includes five parts: the first part mainly introduces the significance and research background of this paper,including the background of Rural Revitalization and the definition of rural left behind children,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the related concepts and theories of Rural Revitalization and left behind children,focusing on the definition and classification of left behind children in rural areas.The third part mainly analyzes the growth status of left behind children in X Town,including life,education and safety,and provides sample basis for summarizing the main problems of left behind children.The fourth part first discusses the relationship between the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the left behind children in rural areas,and formulates the assessment indicators to solve the problems of left behind children in rural areas under the background of Rural Revitalization.Secondly,according to the assessment indicators,it analyzes the problems and causes of left behind children in rural areas of X Town,and summarizes the current problems of left behind children in X Town,including the lack of family education caused by parenting On the basis of summing up the problems,based on the policy background of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of left behind children,including the decline of rural culture,the backward level of education,the lack of rural talents Lack,backward industry,labor outflow,imperfect government governance system,etc.The fifth part puts forward the solutions to the problems of left behind children's growth in the context of rural revitalization,including promoting the revitalization of rural culture,education,talents and industry,strengthening the support of social organizations for left behind children,strengthening the governance of grass-roots government,and comprehensively promoting the integration of urban and rural development To solve the problem of left behind children in rural areas,we should provide necessary support and reference,and contribute to the effective implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
