A Comparative Study On The Effective Supply Of Community Elderly Care Services

With the aging of China's population,community pensions have integrated the advantages of family pensions and institutional pensions,and have become an important part of a multiple pension service system.It has met the needs of most elderly people at home and has become a popular pension model.Nanjing is the fourth city in the country to enter an ageing population,and the degree of ageing is serious.The exploration and piloting of community care models are at the forefront of the country.However,there are still some problems in the actual operation process,which are mainly reflected in the low efficiency of the provision of pension services and the structural imbalance.The demand for elderly care services for the elderly is "olive" distribution,with a large demand for basic living care and medical care,and the proportion of low-end and high-end needs is small;however,the current supply of social care services is "hourglass"-like,and the government provides the bottom line Low-end services and high-end services provided by the market in pursuit of economic benefits.Based on the above background,this article hopes to compare the development of community aged care security at home and abroad with the development of community aged care in Nanjing,clarify the development stage of community aged care in China,find the problem of low efficiency of community aged care supply,and combine our aged care in China.The national conditions put forward the direction of development.This article first sorts out the supply models of community-based elderly care services in foreign countries,introduces the development process of the British community care model,the American retirement community care model,and the "regional" community comprehensive care service system in Japan and the characteristics of service guarantee supply.The relationship between the various parties in the supply process and their respective responsibilities;at the same time,it analyzes the multi-level community pension service guarantee provided by China's multi-subjects and the current status of community pension service development in Nanjing.Status and problems,find the unique advantages of the Nanjing community home care service model,find commonalities and differences,identify the advantages and disadvantages,propose countermeasures to promote the effective supply of community care services in Nanjing,and provide a reference for the effective supply of community care services in China.
