The Demand And Supply Study Of Urban Community Care Service In Liaoning Province

In recent years,China’s aging population situation is very grim,by the end of 2012 people over the age of 60 has reached 194 million,accounting for 14.3% of the total national population,but Liaoning Province as the most populated province,combined with more number of urban elderly people and laid off,its aging population situation is more severe.In this case,community care service as a wide and practical way,how to improve its existing service system,balance its existing service resources to cope with an aging population problem is particularly important.Currently,Liaoning Province is committed to achieving fully completed with home-based,community-based and institution supported pension services by 2020,the target also request meets the criteria’s day care centers and senior centers and other facilities can cover all urban communities,community service facilities and sites of the pension services can cover more than 60% of the rural communities.Thus make the development of community-based care service,build an completed care service system is very important.However,the community care service system in Liaoning Province exists including poor infrastructure,lack of professional staff and other issues,seriously affecting the entire service system’s smooth and expected objectives’ reach.This article is in this context,start with the analysis of the current status and problem of the urban community care services of Liaoning Province,leading to further analyze the cause of the problem,while through the establishment of relevant mathematical model to study the demand and supply resources of urban elderly community care,to analyze and forecast its scale,combined with relevant experience at home and abroad,and proposed the suggest to develop urban communities pension service system of Liaoning Province to improve the existing urban community care service system,in order to explore a new model truly achieve the government,communities and families contains three resources to support of the community support system before the aging population peak reached.
