It's the constant pursuit of goals that the high quality performance and smooth development of organization for all organizations,and the discretion of the employee's work efficiency and work quality plays a decisive role.After a long-time study,it found that the satisfaction of employee would affect their work efficiency,and quality.After realizing the importance of this in recent years,our country began to do some research trying to analysis the key factor of employee satisfaction toward their job and made reasonable and scientific adjustment policy.While after looking into some essays,it found that our country's satisfaction investigation mainly focused on civil servants,employees,and the study of institution also merely remained on medical staff and teachers who had their own unique management style.The research for the majority of government institutions still badly needed.Resorting to the methods of literature analysis,targeted interviews,questionnaires,factor analysis and other methods,this research was carried out from five factors in five dimensions.It designed 51 questions in questionnaire and made a formal sampling survey of 300 people in L county.Among these people,it included different institutions,positions,education level,age all over the county.And based on these elements,the staff job satisfaction scale in L county was finished.Through the analysis the survey,this essay aimed to find several main aspects of affecting employees' satisfaction.Meanwhile combined with the present situation of the L county institution,this essay put forward some pieces of advice to its development.After systematic study,it draw a conclusion that the factors that influenced employees' satisfactions were colleague relationship,work condition,he superior leadership respectively according to the downward scores,the work itself and t work results?Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the staff satisfaction and improve the work efficiency of the L county public institution.
