Since China has established a cadre retirement system,retired cadres service work is an important part of personnel system in the Party and the state,is the embodiment of our Party and state the concern and care of the older generation,is an important guarantee for the reform and opening up and promoting the smooth progress of the socialist cause,also is an important branch of work in the management of the govemment.Facing the new situation of"aging",deepen reform,run the Party strictly and so on,to further strengthen and improve the retired cadres service work is to use scientific means,adopt innovative ways for improving and perfecting the service work.In this paper,a large number of retired cadres service work based on a summary of relevant literature,introducing the concept of customer satisfaction to the retired cadres service work satisfaction survey,and constructs the evaluation index system of the retired cadres service work satisfaction.Designing the questionnaire,and investigating into the Liaoning Provincial Industry and Information Commission by questionnaire.The result shows that the retired cadres service work satisfaction is higher.In the top three are the newspaper subscriptions,monthly meetings and service attitude of the staff.The last three are the spring and autumn tour,reports and visits.Test shows that the demographic differences of different gender groups,different identity and different living groups has no significant differences in retired cadres service work satisfaction;there are significant differences in the retired cadres service work satisfaction in different age groups and different health groups.According to the results of the survey,some innovative suggestions are put forward,such as dividing groups,distinguishing personalized service,establishing database of retired cadres and introducing satisfaction as performance evaluation methods.
