A logo is a symbol,and an understanding of the symbol helps to enhance the understanding of the object represented by the symbol.The Young Pioneers logo is a special set of symbols for the Young Pioneers.The familiarity and understanding of the Young Pioneers logo by the Young Pioneers may affect their cognition of the Young Pioneers organization represented by the logo.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the Young Pioneers on the recognition of the Young Pioneers logo,the level of cognition of the Young Pioneers,and the recognition of the Young Pioneers' recognition on the organization of the Young Pioneers.This study firstly combs the relevant literatures of the Young Pioneers logo recognition and the Young Pioneers organization identification,determines the concept and classification of the Young Pioneers logo cognition,and divides the Young Pioneers logo recognition into two parts: the logo category cognition and the logo dimension cognition.The Young Pioneers logo category cognition includes red scarf cognition,team flag cognition,team emblem cognition and team salute cognition.The Young Pioneers logo dimension cognition includes formal cognition,meaning cognition,emotional cognition and action cognition.The Young Pioneers Identification Cognitive Questionnaire was compiled.According to relevant research,the Young Pioneers Organizational Identity Questionnaire was compiled from three dimensions: organizational cognitive identity,organizational emotional identity and organizational behavioral identity.In this study,the Young Pioneers Identification Cognitive Questionnaire and the Young Pioneers Organizational Identity Questionnaire were used to investigate 527 young pioneers in a primary school in Chongqing.The results showed that:First,in the cognition of the Young Pioneers logo category,the red scarf has the highest cognitive score and the lowest score of the team flag.In the cognition of the Young Pioneers logo dimension,the logo has the highest action cognition score and the lowest meaning cognitive score.This shows that the Young Pioneers know more about the red scarf and the level of awareness of the logo is higher,but the understanding of the team flag is less and the meaning of the logo is poor.Second,on the whole,the Young Pioneers have a positive attitude towards the Young Pioneers.Young pioneers have significant gender differences in organizational behavior;in the organizational emotions,the grade three young pioneers have the highest organizational emotional scores and significant differences from the fourth,fifth and sixth grades;there is no significant differences in gender and grade in organizational cognition.The Young Pioneers who played the Young Pioneers cadres had higher organizational cognition and organizational sentiment than those who did not serve as Young Pioneer cadre.Third,the higher cognitive level of the Young Pioneers logo,the higher the identity of the Young Pioneers organization,the significant difference between the Young Pioneers logo cognition level and the Young Pioneers organization identification;There are significant differences in the scores of the four dimensions of the Young Pioneers logo category recognition in the Young Pioneers' organizational identity.There are significant differences in the scores of the four dimensions of the Young Pioneers logo dimension recognition in the Young Pioneers organization identification.This study preliminarily verified the influence of the Young Pioneers logo cognition on the organization identification of the Young Pioneers,and should pay attention to the education of the Young Pioneers logo cognition to improve the recognition of the Young Pioneers.The first priority should be to strengthen the education of the Young Pioneers logo category,especially the education of team flag;second,to strengthen the education of the Young Pioneers logo dimension,especially the education that identifies the inner meaning;third,for the young pioneers of different sections,use different methods to carry out the education of the Young Pioneers logo.
