With the rapid development of China's urbanization process,the people's need for a better life is growing,and the traditional urban management model has been difficult to meet the needs of modern urban development.At the same time,the rapid development of modern information technology has provided a new way for urban management,applying modern information technology to urban management,dividing the urban management area into several unit grids,and classifying its components and events.The digital platform quickly identifies problems and disposes them in a timely manner to improve the efficiency of urban management.Sanshui District is located in the hinterland of Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.It seizes the historical opportunity and develops rapidly.It needs high-efficiency and convenient urbanization digitalization model to ensure the in-depth study of this model and tap its potential.It has great theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly studies the theory of service-oriented government,the theory of good governance and the theory of public participation,through comparative research and case analysis.Firstly,it introduces the background and research significance of the thesis,and analyzes the digital construction of urban management at home and abroad.On the basis of expounding the related concepts and related theories of urban management digital construction,this paper analyzes the status quo,work process and work results of the digital construction of urban management in Sanshui District,and finds that there are coordinating institutions that have not established high positions,and the team construction has not met the requirements and functions.The division is not clear enough,the evaluation and evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the degree of public participation is not high.On the basis of learning the successful experience of urbanization management of advanced cities in China and abroad,the paper proposes to establish a responsible system for the digital construction of urban management in Sanshui District,improve the digital management system of urban management;pay attention to the improvement of personnel quality and strengthen the construction of disposal teams;The integration of resources,the construction of the "big city management" model;improve the evaluation system,ensure the digital orderly operation;create a good social atmosphere,stimulate public participation and other suggestions for improvement,and hope to further promote the digital construction of urban management in Sanshui District.
