Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Village In Hainan Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the urbanization process has continuously deepened and advanced.In recent years,with the development of urbanization and the continuous deepening of the construction of immaculate countryside,various problems and contradictions in the construction of immaculate countryside have gradually emerged,and have attracted the attention of all circles of the society.At present,the problems in China's immaculate countryside construction work include fragmentization,low,and the lack of impetus for sustainable development.The construction of immaculate countryside in the Hainan region started later than other places.Although it has achieved certain achievements,the construction quality was not very high,lacking the capacity for sustainable development.The holistic governance theory is another important public management theory after the emergence of the new public management theory.It is based on the successful overall running of the internal agencies and departments of the government.The integrity,comprehensiveness and coordination it emphasizes have provided new ideas for solving the fragmentization and fragmentation problems in the current immaculate countryside construction.efficiencyThis paper took the application of the holistic governance theory to the countryside management mechanism as the main study object,to study how to combine the holistic governance theory with the current immaculate countryside construction practice in Hainan Province,so as to explore a new immaculate countryside construction management path as the study problem.This paper systematically introduced the connotation and theoretical points of holistic governance theory,conducted the analysis based on holistic governance theory,the status of immaculate countryside construction in Hainan and the times background,expounded the guiding ideology of holistic governance theory on the construction of immaculate countryside in Hainan,discussed how to apply holistic governance theory to the Hainan immaculate countryside construction management mechanism on the basis of analyzing the correspondence between the two,and further put forward some suggestions for countryside construction and regional development.The first part of this paper mainly introduced the background of the subject,the purposes and significance of the study,and sorted out relevant literature and data at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduced the basic concepts of immaculate countryside,the connotation and main points of holistic governance theory and new urbanization theory,and analyzed the cases of foreign and domestic countryside construction and management.The third part analyzed the basic situation of countryside construction in Hainan Province,studied the theoretical correspondence of holistic governance theory with Hainan immaculate countryside construction,and analyzed the basic ideas of immaculate countryside construction from the perspective of holistic governance theory.The fifth part put forward suggestions and strategies for the construction and management of immaculate countryside in Hainan Province from the perspective of holistic governance theory.
