The Research On The Construction Of Comprehensive Abilities Of Disaster's Reduction System In The Context On Informatization

The impact of disasters on the safety of people's lives,property,and socio-economic development is enormous.The community is the basic unit of society,and it is the basic structure of the city.In the process of the city being affected by disasters,the community residents are not only directly borne by the disaster,but also the main body to fight against the disaster.Therefore,research is conducted under the background of informationization.The comprehensive development system for disaster risk reduction and development in the community is very important.This paper takes Yinchuan City of Ningxia Autonomous Region as an example to analyze,and effectively analyzes the development of integrated disaster reduction in communities in Yinchuan City.After clarifying related concepts of disaster reduction in communities and communities,it effectively analyzes the deficiencies in the current work,and applies it to informationization.The research on the current situation of comprehensive disaster reduction capacity building in the whole community of Yinchuan City is conducted in the background,aiming at the problems existing in the current comprehensive disaster reduction and construction system in Yinchuan City,such as the shortage of human resources in the rescue system,the need for strengthening community disaster reduction capabilities,incomplete information technology for disaster reduction,and comprehensive resources Problems such as poor organizing ability are mainly due to the unsound community work responsibilities,imperfect management of disaster relief materials and equipment,imperfect informationization of disaster reduction,and adverse effects of the government's disaster reduction system.Based on this,the author proposes targeted measures to improve the government's protection mechanism,comprehensively plan the community's disaster reduction level,build a comprehensive community disaster reduction organization system,improve risk prevention mechanisms,strengthen residents' awareness of disaster reduction,and carry out disaster reduction drills suggestions.From the perspective of the overall research situation of this paper,the overall research perspective of this paper is relatively broad.Based on the relevant theoreticalbasis and the empirical research of Japan and the United States,it is of theoretical significance to carry out relevant discussions on the development of integrated disaster reduction in the overall community in Yinchuan City of Ningxia.And practical value.It is hoped that the study in this paper will effectively enrich relevant research systems and make due contributions to Yinchuan City's efforts to further improve the community's comprehensive disaster reduction capacity building system.
