Group Counseling Research On Excessive Anxiety Of Female Detainees In Detention Centers

In order to verify whether group counseling is effective in relieving excessive anxiety of female detainees,the author selects a center in Tianjin to conduct a six-week group psychological counseling in the group of women who are over-anxious,in order to prove that group counseling is relieving People's excessive anxiety has a positive effect.Through this study,the mental health status of female detainees was investigated,and the effect of group psychological counseling on relieving the bad mood of detainees and the feasibility of implementation were discussed,which provided more choices for the education and correction of detainees.The author used the Hamilton(HAMD)Anxiety Scale to pre-test more than 90 female detainees in detention centers,and used the evaluation of detainees in the disciplinary and companion rooms as a supplement to screen 32 female detainees with excessive anxiety as subjects.Sixteen participants(experimental group)underwent a 6-week group counseling once a week for 100 minutes each time.Another 16 subjects(control group)did not undergo any intervention.After a 6-week experiment in the experimental group,the Hamilton(HAMD)anxiety scale was used as a secondary test for post-testing,discipline,and prisoner evaluation.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the scores between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.After the experiment,the anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the previous test.At the same time,through the interviews with the detainees of the discipline and the prison,the anxiety of the detainees in the experimental group was alleviated,but there was no significant change in the test before and after the test.This study shows that group psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the excessive anxiety of female detainees in detention centers.According to the results obtained in this experiment,the author's current situation of the detention center,put forward the recommendations of the detainees to carry out mental health education correction.
