| The problem of left-behind children is a social problem arising from the process of social development and changes in our country,especially the severity of the problem of left-behind children in rural areas,which has long aroused widespread concern in the society.Governments,social organizations,enterprises and individuals are working in different fields to solve and improve the situation of left-behind children in rural areas.In the field of social work,it is generally believed that the main reason for the development difficulties of left-behind children is the weakening of their family functions and the lack of supplementary school functions.Under such limited conditions,the use of group work methods has multiple advantages.In recent years,the education and practice of social work in China have made rapid development,and the professional methods and practice models of social work have been constantly enriched and expanded on the basis of absorbing knowledge in other professional fields.Adventure counseling is a counseling concept born from outreach training,The main feature of Adventure coaching is experiential learning,which can achieve positive change in the attempt and action.After the group adventure training is relatively mature,social workers introduce it into the group social work field,and gradually develop into a novel social work method and concept,which is applied in social work practice,but has not yet been improved in the resistance of left-behind children The field has a mature practical framework and guiding concepts.In this paper,the primary school students of a common Academy in Qin’an Gansu Province are taken as the service objects,the resilience theory and ecosystem theory are taken as the theoretical basis,and the Adventure counseling is taken as the practical methods and concept of group work.The children’s resilience group is carried out through the group work method,and the children’s resilience level is improved through the experience in the group work.In the experience of experience,we can explore the internal ability of the service object,acquire the experience to against negative events,and finally transform these experiences into useful cognition and related skills in daily life,and finally sublimate the practical experience to form a general experience.The results show that at the end of this group,the five operational dimensions of the service object,such as good peer relationship,goal focus,emotional control ability,positive cognitive ability and interpersonal coordination ability,have been improved to varying degrees.Therefore,this study finally achieved the purpose of improving the resistance of left-behind children through group work practices,and the effectiveness of adventure counseling in improving the resilience of left-behind children is verified. |
