The Study Of The Secret Social Policies Of Chinese Communist Party During The Period Of The Democratic Revolution

Secret society is a social problem in modern China,which has an important influence on modern Chinese society.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the issue of secret society.During the period of democratic revolution,the Party formulated and implemented a series of targeted policies on the basis of its own conditions,the special nature of secret society and the development of the revolutionary situation.This paper takes this as the starting point.First,it examines the background of the Party's Secret Social Policy during the period of democratic revolution.In this regard,it combs the evolution process of its policy in detail,and then evaluates and analyses the characteristics,positive significance and limitations of the secret social policy.This article is divided into three parts to explore the secret social policy of the Communist Party of China during the period of democratic revolution.The first part mainly analyses the background and basis of the Party's secret social policy.Since modern times,the secret society has almost spread throughout China,playing an important and complex role in modern Chinese society,and its influence has penetrated into many areas of society.To some extent,its existence and development hindered the development of the Party's early revolutionary cause,such as the workers' movement,the construction of rural political power and the United Front work.In this regard,the early communist intellectuals and the early leaders of the Party made a thorough investigation and analysis of the problem of secret society,and made preliminary preparations for the Party to formulate relevant policies.The second part mainly summarizes and combs the evolution process of secret social policy.During the Great Revolution,the Party insisted on ideological education as the leading factor.Through propaganda of the Party's ideology,it made use of trade unions and peasant associations to educate and reform members of secret society,and made great efforts to enhance their ideological and political awareness.During the period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Party rectified its working methods on the basis of the specific conditions,corrected the "Left" deviation errors within the Party to change its working strategies,utilized the forces of secret social organizations to carry out underground work,rectified and incorporated the armed forces in secret social organizations,and so on,in order to drawing on the vital forces in secret social organizations.During the Anti-Japanese War,the Party promoted the anti-Japanese united front work by strengthening the ideological propaganda and education activities,enhancing the Party members' and cadres' deep understanding of the secret society,and strengthening political propaganda and agitation.During the period of the War of Liberation,the Party adopted the principles of continuing to win over the poor congregation,striving for the lower strata,isolating the upper strata and carrying out the struggle against bandits and hegemony,and severely cracked down on the counter-revolutionaries in secret social organizations,and ultimately dismantled and eliminated the secret society.The third part is a comprehensive analysis on the characteristics of the secret society policy and comprehensive evaluation.From the development,evolution and implementation of the Party's secret social policy,we can see that the specific content of its policy formulation,implementation and adjustment have shown obvious objectivity,wide adaptability and strong flexibility.It is precisely its distinctive characteristics that have played a lot of positive roles in the Party's promotion and construction of the great revolutionary cause.Finally,it successfully solved the secret society problems involving many aspects of modern Chinese society.At the same time,thanks to the limitations of the Party's own conditions,the strong hostile forces and the changing circumstances of the revolutionary development,the Party will inevitably have certain limitations in the process of formulating and implementing policies.
