Research On Preventing Crimes Of Rural Left-behind Children

The imbalance of economic and social development has led to the uprooting of numerous young adults in the central and western regions,resulting in a special group of minors--left-behind children in rural areas.The concept of rural left-behind children has been put forward by scholars since the 1990 s,but there is no clear definition.There are various definitions of rural left-behind children in the academic circle,and the debate was settled after the state council made an official definition of rural left-behind children.The suicide of four rural left-behind children of Guizhou,Bijie in 2015 has drawn extensive attention from the society,and the infringement and victimization of rural left-behind children have touched the hearts of the people.As an economically underdeveloped area,Guizhou,Bijie has been hovering on the edge of the poverty line,and a variety of crimes against left-behind children in rural areas occur frequently.Taking Guizhou,Bijie as the research scope,this paper considers that crimes committed by rural left-behind children in this area are both universal and unique.This article from Guizhou,Bijie as the research scope,give details of the status quo and characteristics of rural left-behind children crime,according to research the income situation,combined with relevant theory of criminology,the author analyzes the reasons of rural left-behind children crime,finally on the basis of the present situation and the reasons to explore if prevent the happening of the rural left-behind children crime.This paper consists of five parts.The first part mainly defines relevant concepts,such as rural left-behind children and crimes committed by rural left-behind children,and determines the keynote of the research scope.The second part summarizes the field investigation Guizhou,Bijie and expounds the current situation and characteristics of crimes committed by rural left-behind children in this area.The third part mainly analyzes the main causes of crimes committed by rural left-behind children.In the analysis of the causes of the crime,thesocial control theory is adopted,and the data and information obtained during the field research Guizhou,Bijie are combined to make an in-depth analysis of the crimes committed by the rural left-behind children.The causes of the crimes committed by the rural left-behind children are explained from four aspects,including family,school,individual and social environment.The fourth part will briefly introduce the current prevention of juvenile delinquency in China from the legislative level,the administrative level and the judicial level,and summarize the problems existing in the prevention of juvenile delinquency in China.The fifth part is the core part of this paper.Starting from the theory of social control,this paper constructs a ring-shaped crime prevention model for rural left-behind children,and establishes a crime prevention system for rural left-behind children from four aspects: judicial prevention,family prevention,school prevention and social prevention.In this part,this paper will be less developed areas in the Midwest rural left-behind children crime prevention recommendations.
