The management of private schools can be divided into internal management and external management.The internal management is the management of schools themselves for the development of schools.External management is the government's management of private schools.In the process of management,the government needs to evaluate whether private schools meet the school setting standards and grant school licenses,supervise the financial operation of schools,guarantee the rights and interests of teachers and monitor the safety of campuses,etc.The government's management is directly related to whether private schools can develop healthily and steadily.Dongguan City is the frontier of reform and opening up in Dongguan City,an economically developed area,and a place where private schools were developed earlier in Dongguan City.Private schools in Dongguan play an important role in the development of education in Dongguan.With the rapid development of private schools,there has been some increasingly prominent problems.For example,the ineligible teaching of running a school without certificate is prohibited repeatedly,the loss of teachers is serious,the increasing price of fees and campus security problems can not be eliminated,and so on."In view of this problem,the government's standardized management is particularly important."
