Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Private Primary And Secondary Schools In Shenzhen

Private education itself is a very important part of China’s education and plays a key role in promoting the development of China’s education.Private education provides students with a variety of choices,and its flexible school-running mechanism facilitates the learning of students at different levels,which is of great significance for promoting educational fairness and improving school-running efficiency.In recent years privately-run education is in the support of the party and government,a large number of social funds enter,privately-run education in our country has made extraordinary achievements,but privately-run education is in the process of development,also accumulated a lot of problems and contradictions,this is directly affecting the development of privately-run education with high quality.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,and takes the development of public primary and secondary schools and private kindergartens in Shenzhen as the case study to analyze the severe challenges in the process of urban basic education development,and proposes targeted solutions and Suggestions.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of the development for shenzhen private primary and secondary schools,found that at present the city’s many problems exist in the development of private primary and secondary schools,run by the local unbalanced regional development of primary and secondary schools,private schools school-running process execution independent limited power,run by the local primary and secondary school teachers and teachers construction problems,the problem of the management system of private primary and secondary schools of shenzhen and shenzhen private primary and secondary school teachers team,there are some problems,and then this paper analyzes the reasons of these problems,based on the problem and reason analysis,this paper draws on several private middle school’s development at home and abroad successful experience,put forward the development countermeasures of shenzhen private primary and secondary schools,In this paper,through promoting non-governmental regional balanced development of primary and secondary schools,strengthening the social acceptance and school autonomy management,accelerate the construction of shenzhen private primary and secondary school teachers,innovation system,encourage social capital to set up education and innovation system,encourage social capital to set up education and so on five aspects to draw lessons from the existing problems.This paper designs questionnaire report in detail,studies the problems existing in the overall development of private and private primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen,analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,and puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development of private primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen,which provides some references for the healthy development and reform of private primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen.
