Vigorously promoting and standardizing the use of Putonghua,comprehensively strengthening Putonghua education in schools at all levels and of all types,and vigorously increasing the prevalence of Putonghua can provide new impetus for economic development and a strong impetus for exchanges and exchanges among all ethnic groups,it will also play an active role in the decisive battle against poverty and in the complete construction of the Xiaokang.In areas such as Xinjiang,where ethnic minorities live in compact communities,language barriers have been broken down,and efforts to promote mandarin have focused on the education system.In Altay Prefecture,how effective is the promotion of Putonghua in primary and secondary schools,what measures have been taken by the local government in the process of promoting Putonghua in primary and secondary schools,and whether there are places where further improvement can be made,and the reasons for this are analyzed,it is the focal point of this paper to put forward corresponding suggestions.This paper mainly uses the new public management theory,linguistic theory,pluralistic integrated education theory as the theoretical basis of the research,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field research,based on the analysis of the current situation of Putonghua promotion in primary and secondary schools in Altay,Xinjiang,the main reasons for the problems in the government promotion of Putonghua in primary and secondary schools in Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang are found There are several aspects: the implementation of the system is not effective,the ideological awareness is weak;the propaganda and education is not enough,the language environment is weak;the training and learning design is not reasonable,the effect is difficult to guarantee;the assessment and accountability mechanism is not sound enough.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of Putonghua promotion in primary and secondary schools in Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang,mainly from the aspects of ideology,promotion mechanism,policy encouragement and support,enriching activity carriers,and utilizing various resources.
