Case Study On The Supply Side Construction Of The Elderly Service In Meishan

Population aging is a worldwide problem.Today,the problem of global aging is spreading,especially in China.The aging problem also presents new problems in our country,for example,the proportion of elderly patients continues to increase,the number of empty nest,disabled elderly continue to rise,at the same time,with the development of China’s medical and health services,the elderly tend to aging.Therefore,the demand for pension services in China has increased sharply since the new century.At the same time,due to the development of social economy,the miniaturization and hollowing of the family,the dominant way of providing for the aged in our country appears hidden dangers.The problems encountered in the development of old-age services are that the demand for old-age services has changed with the times,but the supply of old-age services and products can not keep up with the changes in demand,which leads to the old people’s demand for old-age services can not be met.Therefore,to fundamentally solve the problems of the old-age services,we need to start from the supply side of the old-age services,improve the supply system of the old-age services,in order to promote the development of the old-age services.Meishan city promotes the development of the old-age service industry by perfecting the content system of the supply of the old-age service,the government-led multi-supply of the old-age service and focusing on improving the accessibility of the supply of the old-age service.Through my working experience in the medical and health system,through the interpretation and analysis of the relevant policies,measures and actual operation of the old-age services,while reading a large number of literature,and related works.Combining theory with practice,this paper makes a pertinent analysis on the development of China’s old-age service industry,and finds out the existing problems in the development of China’s old-age service industry.At the same time,combining the development status and future trend of Meishan’s pension service industry,this paper summarizes the development path and methods of Meishan’s pension service industry,summarizes the achievements and disadvantages of Meishan’s pension service operation and development,and concludes the experience,lessons and Enlightenment of Meishan’s pension service development.Meishan city combines the local specific conditions,the development of pension services focused on the supply side,through theconstruction of the supply side of pension services,including the content of the supply,the main supply and improve the accessibility of pension services,three aspects from the supply level to improve the development of pension services.This paper argues that the construction of the supply side of the old-age service needs to start from the content,subject and accessibility of the supply,that is,to improve the content of the old-age service and form a system,the formation of a diversified main body of Cooperative Supply system,but also should pay attention to improving the availability of the old-age service supply.
