Study On Community Pension Supply In Hohhot

As the world's largest number of elderly people,China has 249 million people aged 60 and over,and is expected to reach 500 million by 2050.Hohhot,as one of the first cities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,has an aging population of 520 thousand people over 60 years old,accounting for 21.3% of the total population.In the current situation of insufficient family pension and institutional pension carrying capacity,Premier Li Keqiang stressed in the government work report that it is necessary to vigorously develop the community pension service industry and put forward solutions to the plight of the aged.As a new type of old-age model in our country,community old-age care has become the main trend of old-age care nowadays by relying on the community to realize the high-quality old-age care which is familiar with the bad environment.Prior to this,China has identified three groups of 90 regions with central financial support to carry out home and community pension reform pilot projects.In 2019,Hohhot,as one of the 54 regions in the fourth batch to carry out home and community pension service reform pilot projects,carried out community pension reform in a government-led,social participation way,already has the organizational basis to carry out,but is still in the primary stage of community pension service development,the supply practice is not optimistic.Based on the background of the fourth batch of home and community old-age service reform in Hohhot,combined with the current economic and social development and old-age care practice,this paper systematically combs the literature and data of community old-age care in Hohhot,conducts on-the-spot investigation on the situation of community old-age care supply in the Civil Affairs Bureau and many communities,summarizes and analyzes the basic supply status of community old-age service in Hohhot.Re-examine the situation Holt community pension supply problem relationship.On the basis of effectively drawing lessons from the beneficial experience of developed regions at home and abroad,we should strengthen the top-level design,give full play to policy support,widen supply channels,enrich sources of funds,cultivate professionals,strengthen team building,and improve community pension information platform.The increasing demand for multi-level and diversified pension services.
