The deeds of homesickness and townships participating in rural social governance have existed since ancient times.However,with the establishment of China's market economy and the continuous changes of rural society,the party and the government have paid more and more attention to the governance of rural society.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee discussed the dialectical relationship between the state governance system and the rural governance system.The rural governance system is an important part of the national governance system.Its governance is directly related to the success or failure of the national governance system.Actively attracting the participation of the new squire group in rural governance has become the top priority of the party and government.Since the party's 19 th National Congress report clearly stated the rural revitalization strategy,the grassroots government and party organizations actively encouraged New squire to participate in rural governance,and the New squire group once again became an important force in rural governance and was reflected in the eyes of the people.Then,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,how to define New squire,how to evaluate the role of New squire group in rural governance and its role play,has great and far-reaching significance for the realization of rural governance modernization,which is also the author's The ultimate goal of the research.Taking DS Village in Hunan Province as a research case.He focuses on the governance situation of the village and its shortcomings in the construction of modern new countryside.The real dilemmas and problems faced by the New squire group involved in the governance of the village.In this study,the author mainly uses the methods of interviews and the experiences and experiences of his life experience to collect the various materials needed for the research,and combines the actual cases of the New squire group to participate in the village governance,and carried out the following aspects.the study: First,the definition of what is New squire is defined.By reviewing the actual situation of the previous study and the village of DS,which is a case study combined with this study,it is believed that New squire refers to the new era in the context of rural revitalization strategy to provide economic,political,cultural,social,scientific and other support for rural governance.In the township or leaving the country and not forgetting to return to the hometown of outstanding people.Secondly,the appearance and role orientation of New squire were elaborated.The study regards the New squire group as the main auxiliary force of the existing governance body of the village.They are mainly caused by the invitation of the existing governance subject and the common recommendation of the villagers.In the village governance,they cooperate with the existing governance subjects and gradually make progress.Village governance is driven by good governance.Thirdly,it analyzes the actual cases of New squire participating in village governance.This study analyzes the outstanding performance of New squire in the major public affairs of the village,contributes to the development of the village,offers advice and suggestions,and does his best in supervising the village affairs and mediating various contradictions and disputes.Fourthly,it reveals the real dilemma faced by New squire in the village governance and proposes some solutions.The study believes that New squire's participation in the governance of the village mainly has its main and objective deficiencies,and puts forward constructive opinions on the role that New squire group should play in village governance.
