| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,it is necessary to further improve the rural governance system and ensure the implementation of basic rural work.How villages are managed effectively has a direct impact on the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.In recent years,Jiajiazhuang in Fenyang has made some achievements in rural governance.Digging up and summarizing its typical experience has reference and guidance significance for improving the ability of rural governance in other regions.This article takes Jiajiazhuang as the research object,and adopts literature analysis,survey analysis,and statistical analysis methods to evaluate the village governance capacity,villager satisfaction,openness of village affairs,combination of the three Governance,the separation of politics and economics,and the village collective economy.Six aspects of development were analyzed and researched,and the typical experience of Jiajiazhuang’s rural governance was summarized.To strengthen rural governance,firstly,adhere to the party’s leadership and give play to the role of the two committees;secondly,promote industrial transformation and continuously strengthen the collective economy;thirdly,make use of the combination of the three governance to build a pattern of good governance in rural areas;Fourth,strengthen people-oriented and provide public services.At the same time,it analyzes the problems and causes in the rural governance of Jiajiazhuang,and puts forward the following countermeasures: firstly,strengthen the construction of rural cadres;secondly,promote the reform of the collective property rights system;thirdly,improve the rural talent revitalization mechanism.It is hoped that these countermeasures can further improve the village governance level of Jiajiazhuang and promote the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. |
