| In recent years,political identity has gradually become one of the hot issues studied by scholars such as political science and psychology.However,there are relatively few cases of political identity systems,scientific cases and empirical research in China,especially the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,and less empirical research on public officials.Political identity is an emotional and conscious sense of belonging to people and their behavior in social and political life.Self-identity is the self-perception of the individual in the interaction with the environment,and psychological resilience refers to the ability to adapt to the environment such as adversity.Many studies show that self-identity and psychological resilience can influence the level of political identity.The higher the level of self-identity and psychological resilience,the higher the level of political identity.Therefore,this study determines the connotation and structure of political identity by consulting the literature,compiles the political identity scale of public officials,and politically identifies the current public officials.The level is measured,and the relationship between political identity,psychological flexibility and self-identification of public officials is further explored.Firstly,the research summarizes the research methods through the literature,draws up the theoretical structure of political identity,and uses the deductive method and interview method to compile the scale topic.At the same time,the Delphi method is also used.After many expert consultations,the original question bank is compiled.After the experts conducted a popularity test on the questionnaire,the subjects were selected in a certain province,and 310 preliminary questionnaires were finally collected.Through the project analysis and exploration of structural analysis methods,the formal political identity scale of 14 items was initially determined.Subsequently,658 data were collected in a certain two provinces,including demographic variables such as gender,using internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability test scale reliability,content validity,structural validity and criterion-related validity.To check the validity of the scale.Finally,the overall situation analysis of the political identity of public officials is analyzed.At the same time,the relationship between self-identity,psychological flexibility and political identity of public officials is discussed.The data analysis shows the following conclusions:1.The self-edited political identity scale of public officials includes three dimensions: political cognition,political emotion and political behavior,and its reliability and validity are good: the internal identity of the total score of political identity and the internal consistency of each dimension are above 0.70.In terms of content validity,the original question bank was prepared by two expert consultations on the basis of semi-structured interviews when the scale was first compiled.In the process of compiling the later scales,experts were also consulted at any time;The confirmatory factor analysis shows that the structure of public opinion personnel's political identity scale fits the standard,and the validity and validity analysis of the criterion shows that there is a moderate positive correlation between political identity and political participation and political communication of public officials,which is in line with theoretical deduction and can be used for public office.Measurement of personnel political identity.2.The political identity scores of public officials are generally normal distribution,most of which are at the upper-middle level;the overall political identity of public officials and the level of each dimension are medium-to-high;there are significant differences in demographic variables.3.The psychological flexibility of public officials plays a partial intermediary role between self-identification and political identity. |
