As one kind of social organizations with highly distinctive Chinese characteristic,which cover the activities such as education,science and technology,culture,public health,public institutions play more and more prominent role in providing public service.Recent years,with the advancement of our country socialism,especially in the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it raises the claim that new era new new demands.It asks to adhere to deepen comprehensively reform,adhere to the new development philosophies.It asks to deepen the reform in public institutions and strengthen its commonweal.It will promote the separation of government and business,the separation of enterprises and the separation of management.It pust forward a new direction for the reform of public institutions.Public institutions' development has achieved significant changes.Personnel management in public institutions is increasingly institutionalized,standardized and conventionalized.Recruitment as the key link,plays an important role for the good development of public institutions.The quality of recruitment in public institutions affects the better provision of public service.In the recruitment process of public institutions,in addition to the written examination,structured interview is the main tool in most interview process.Structured interview plays an important role in the practice of civil servant interview,public institutions draw lessons from its experience of the interviewin civil servants.On account of the standardization of structured interview,people pay more attention to it in the recruitment of public institutions.while the reliability and validity of structured interview in public institutions also became an important concern to every interview participants.Based on the study of generalized theory,using the generalized theory and combined with the concrete practiceof structured interview in institutions,this paper is to explore the reliability and validity of structured interview in public institutions.Firstly,combined with the contemporary practice of structured interview in public institutions,it analyzes the importance and necessity of the research about the reliability and validity of structured interview,points out its important theoretical and realistic significance.Then through combing the research about structured interview,structured interview in institutions and the reliability and validity of structured interview in domestic and abroade,this paper defines the related concepts and theory,and gives clearly the direction and focus of this study.What's more,on the basis of clarifying the relevant concept of the reliability and validity of structured interview in institutions,and through the quantitative analysis of some problems existing in the structured interview in current institutions,combined with the actual situation by using SPSS software,it has carried on the related data analysis.This paper discusses the influence factors,which affect the reliability and validity of structured interview in institutions recruitment,and puts forward its own relevant optimization countermeasures and suggestions.It points out that it need to build high quality team of the interviewer,make positive interview preparation and reasonable interview result feedback.
