A Research On The Value Of Ideological And Political Education Of TV Programs

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,more and more attention has been paid to the work of news and public opinion.The ideological and political education originates from ideological education within the Communist Party of China,and now extends to the education of social ideological and moral.The form of mass communication in the carrier of the ideological and political education meets the needs of modern people,and fully integrated into people's life and learning.According to the target audiences' characteristics,the television programs made purposefully and accurately.Under the requirement of precise education,it is particularly important to improve people's ideological quality and guide people to accept the socialist mainstream ideology.The content production of TV program “Voice” meets the needs of young people's value cultivation.By studying the value of the ideological and political education of “Voice”,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of realizing the value of the ideological and political education of TV program in mass media.This study takes CCTV-1 “Voice” as an example,and studies the value of the ideological and political education of TV programs and the unique cultural field under its guidance from the characteristics and attributes of TV programs and the ideological and political education,and the relationship between subject and object.Through the case analysis of “Voice”,the form of the ideological and political education value of TV programs is analyzed from two angles of individual value and social value,and the function of the ideological and political education value to individuals and society through TV programs is more distinct and concrete.The research finds that the individual value of the ideological and political education in TV program “Voice” mainly embodies in four aspects: guiding individual political direction,stimulating individual spiritual motivation,shaping individual healthy personality and regulating individual moral behavior;the social value mainly embodies in promoting social and political stability and development,correctly guiding the value orientation of economic behavior,and promoting the mainstream culture of core values.“Voice”,creating a positive social atmosphere and forming the cultural field of the ideological and political education value are five aspects.Through the analysis of the value form of the ideological and political education of “Voice” program,the program has typical and unique value.It gives full play to the production content of TV programs and the unique the ideological and political education value of relying on content for education,which responds to the communicative,guiding,influential and credibility that our party's news and public opinion work should have.This study further embodies four enlightenment practices: broadening the ideological and political education channels based on people,persisting in the transmission of the ideological and political education content,improving the evaluation mechanism,enriching the ideological and political education forms,and improving the effect of the ideological and political education based on the innovation of TV programs,so as to promote the realization of the ideological and political education value of TV programs.
