Study On The Formation Mechanism Of Food Safety Governance Dilemma Under The Background Of Social Major Contradictions Conversion

In the past decade,food safety problems have occurred frequently,and the government departments have made unremitting efforts in this regard.Whether it is the promulgation of the strictest food safety law,the reform of food safety regulatory bodies,or the input of a large number of financial and human resources,all demonstrate the determination of the government departments to declare war on food safety problems.But,all sorts of evidence show,food safety of our country is on the road that leads to high level management,still have a long way to go.Therefore,this paper raises the research question: how to accurately identify and clarify the plight of China's food safety governance in the context of the transformation of major social contradictions? What is the mechanism of the dilemma? What measures can be taken to get out of this dilemma so as to improve the level of food safety governance? This paper takes the major social contradictions in the new era of China as the background to study the formation mechanism of food safety governance dilemma,which is a cognitive perspective with characteristics of The Times and a new attempt in this field.It is helpful to enrich the research perspective of this field.Selecting the food and drug regulatory departments of practitioners and the public as the research objects.It is helpful to dig deeper into the higher food safety demand of the public under the background of the new era,promote the development of food safety management work to be more close to the public demand,help the government to carry out the effectiveness of food safety supply,and provide practical basis for practical departments to carry out food safety management.Through the method of grounded theory,the interviews between the public and government food regulatory agencies are used as data sources,and the four main categories of food safety governance dilemma in the context of the transformation of major social contradictions are “thedilemma of cognitive conflict” and “the dilemma of technical supply is lower than of demand”,“the dilemma of diversified participation”,and “the dilemma of regulatory supply below demand ”.The six groups of interrelationships among the four main categories were explored,and the formation mechanism of food safety governance dilemma under the background of social contradictions transformation was constructed.The formation mechanism of food safety governance dilemma in the context of reality was systematically expounded.
