The current research on civil servant organizational citizenship behavior(OCB)in the field of public administration focuses on the analysis of influencing factors at the individual and organizational levels,such as organizational commitment and organizational fairness perception.As an internal scale of how to treat honesty,integrity value is developing in their growth process.It also has important theoretical and practical value to study the mechanism of integrity value affecting OCB.Based on the theory of social contract,administrative ethics,principal-agent theory and social cognition theory,this study constructs a research model of civil servant integrity value affecting OCB,and deeply analyzes the mediator of moral identity and the moderator of love of money.We analyze the connection between integrity value and OCB.The study obtained 339 valid sample data,and found :(1)civil servant integrity value predicts OCB;(2)civil servant integrity value strengthen moral identity;(3)moral identity plays a mediating role in integrity value and OCB;(4)the love of money plays a moderating role between moral identity and OCB.This study has implications for studying the influence mechanism of civil servants' integrity value and OCB in public management discipline,and foused the differences in money psychology types.This study proposes policy recommendations from the promotion of civil servant integrity system,the improvement of civil servant moral identity,and implement incentives based on civil servant money psychology types,cultivating money intelligence,and optimizing the attitude of money.
