Research On Countermeasures To Enhance The Ability Of Zhenjiang NPC Deputies To Perform Their Duties

The new social situation and tasks put forward new and higher requirements for the NPC deputies' ability to perform their duties.It is the objective need to uphold and improve the system of the People's Congress to conscientiously perform the duties of deputies and give full play to the role of deputies.It is the inevitable requirement to promote the work of the People's Congress under the new situation,and it is also the concentrated reflection of being a good deputy to the People's Congress.At present,there are some common problems in the ability of NPC deputies to perform their functions,such as contacting the masses,investigating and supervising,which directly affects the effectiveness of NPC deputies and the full play of their functions.To a certain extent,it has had a negative impact on the work of NPC in the new period,and it is easy to produce bad repercussions among the people..This paper takes the performance ability of the deputies of Zhenjiang People's Congress as the research object,and carries out detailed analysis and detailed discussion.This paper attempts to analyze the problems and causes of the performance of Municipal People's congress deputies,and to study relevant countermeasures.Based on the theory of post competency and two-factor theory,taking Zhenjiang Seventh National People's Congress as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature research,policy analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate and interview the current situation of the functions of the deputies of the Seventh National People's Congress of Zhenjiang City on the basis of questionnaires and interviews with the deputies of the Municipal People's Congress,the ordinary people and the staff of For analysis.The research identifies several problems in the performance ability of the deputies to the Zhenjiang People's Congress: first,the ability to connect with the masses needs to be improved;second,the ability to investigate and research needs to be improved;third,the ability to supervise needs to be strengthened.On the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the election system of NPC deputies,improving the comprehensive quality of NPC deputies,strengthening the guarantee for NPC deputies to perform their duties,and strengthening the supervision mechanism of NPC deputies.It is hoped that this study will be of guiding significance to the improvement of the working system of the deputies to the People's Congress of Zhenjiang,to the enhancement oftheir ability to perform their duties,to the full play of their role,and to the improvement of the work of the deputies to the People's Congress of Zhenjiang,and to the provision of better services and stronger guarantees for the deputies to perform their duties.We will further promote the standardization of the work of the Zhenjiang Municipal People's Congress and keep pace with the times.
