The Research On Road Traffic Safety Management In Rural Areas Of Tianjin

With the rapid development of economy and the constant acceleration of rural urbanization,the life condition of the people in rural areas has been greatly changed in recent years.One of the most obvious and direct phenomena is the "blowout" growth of vehicle ownership and traffic flow.However,we have to face some problems which have effect on the economic and social development in rural areas seriously,such as poor road infrastructure,inadequate road network planning,weak law enforcement power and weak awareness of villagers' traffic safety.In order to carry out the strategy of rural revitalization,strengthen the management of traffic safety in rural areas and reduce road traffic fatalities,the paper takes the traffic accidents in rural areas of Tianjin as the research object.By collecting rural traffic safety data from 2007 to 2016,it tries to analyze the main reasons and find the rules for the traffic accidents.On the basis of the actual situation of Tianjin rural road traffic management,the paper puts forward many strategies and methods for strengthening and improving road traffic safety management in rural areas,such as departmental cooperation,traffic infrastructure construction,traffic management mode and traffic safety education.
