| With the rapid development of the Internet industry and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the online ordering industry came into being and developed rapidly.While it is favored by the public,its food safety also brings greater challenges to government supervision.Food is the basic of the people,security is the basic of the food.How to strengthen the food safety supervision of catering services and ensure the safety of online ordering food is a new requirement put forward by online ordering for government regulatory authorities in the new era.At present,in terms of online food safety,In addition to the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China,the Measures for the Administration of Food Production License and the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License,China has also issued the Measures for the Investigation and Punishment of Internet Food Safety Violations and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Internet Catering Services,which provide support for the supervision of online food safety.These relevant laws and regulations have also solved some practical problems,but on the whole,the safety supervision of online ordering food is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still many problems in the specific supervision process.From the perspective of grass-roots market supervision departments,this paper summarize and analyze the current situation of online ordering food safety supervision,and explores the existing problems and future supervision strategies and directions of online ordering food safety supervision.On the basis of this analysis,the paper mainly analyzes the deficiencies in the supervision of online ordering food safety in L County from the perspective of the current supervision situation of online ordering food industry in L County and how the market supervision department of L County should deal with the food safety supervision under the Internet conditions.This paper takes L County as an example,takes the government regulation theory and new public management theory as the theoretical basis,through the literature research method,case study method,experience summary method,analyzes the status quo,effectiveness,problems and causes of online ordering food safety supervision in L County.It is found that in recent years,the online ordering industry in L County is deeply loved by the masses because of its convenience,and develops rapidly.However,due to its own virtual and concealed characteristics,the blind spot of supervision has increasingly become the focus and difficulty of daily supervision work of government departments.It mainly includes: insufficient number and ability of law enforcement personnel,backward supervision means of departments,difficulties in complaining,reporting and obtaining evidence,etc.Finally,in view of the loopholes and defects in supervision,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the safety supervision of online ordering food in L County from three major ways: strengthen daily supervision,realizing digital management by using intelligent supervision,and perfecting the cooperative supervision mode of multiple subjects,which provides an effective reference for improving the food safety supervision in L County. |
