The "Fengqiao Experience" Of Grid Governance And Its Perfection Of The Rule Of Law

With the development of the times and the progress of society,there are more and more new problems and challenges in social governance,which requires innovative social governance system and new governance concepts,means and methods to deal with new governance problems.China's social governance system is facing transformation and innovation breakthroughs,and grid governance provides a new way to solve this problem.At the same time,grid governance is an innovative development of Fengqiao experience in the new era,which makes the governance foundation and governance experience of grid governance better guaranteed.Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way,Community Grid governance also needs to realize the goal of governance by thinking of rule of law and means of rule of law,and provide sufficient guarantee of rule of law for it.In the new era,grassroots social governance should be carried out on the track of the rule of law,guided by the rule of law thinking,strengthen the construction of the rule of law in the process of innovating the mode of social governance,highlight the legal authority,standardize social governance affairs,constantly improve the social governance system,and respect the fundamental rights and interests of the people in the rule of law.Therefore,it is very important to study the rule of law in the "grid" governance of urban communities.This paper takes Fengqiao experience and grid governance as the research theme.Firstly,based on Fengqiao experience,innovative development has been achieved in the new era.Secondly,this innovative development is multi-faceted and multi-level.After defining this research foundation,we find that grid governance is one of the manifestations of the innovative development of Fengqiao experience in the new era in a sense.The development thread of this article is to take the experience of Fengqiao as the research foundation and foundation,to explore and analyze its innovative development form,namely grid governance,and to dialectically sort out the development relationship between them.As grass-roots social governance is a systematic project,which involves a wide range of areas,this paper combines the background of governing the country according to law,takes the legal construction problems existing in the process of grass-roots social governance as the breakthrough point,focuses on how to achieve innovative development and extension of Fengqiao experience onthe track of the rule of law in the new era,and the foothold is how to achieve grid governance.On the basis of a series of basic research,this paper tries to find out the crux of the problem and explore the way to optimize and improve it,hoping to provide some useful ideas and practices for the healthy and rapid development of practical work.
