Research On The Application Of Case Management In Community Rehabilitation

In 2008,drug control law of the People's Republic of China cleared the legal position of community rehabilitation,changing to supersede the compulsory "judicial punishment" mode by a community-led "physiology-psychology-society" mode.Although the law clearly define the concept and administrative measures of community rehabilitation,but this rule,in a manner,ensure the control rate of community rehabilitation,The problem,lack of standardization and specialization and humanistic,strangled the future development of the community rehabilitation.In this paper,the author adopt the method of field research combining literature research,the guangzhou huadu district as the research unit,understanding the present situation of community rehabilitation of huadu area,discovering the research object in the concrete practice,testing the function of case management model in community rehabilitation with the method and theory of social work.The author makes a comprehensive analysis the plight and resources of the clients by using the theory of ecosystem theory,and finds that the clients have needs in physical therapy,drug rehabilitation,psychological counseling,employment assistance and social integration.After the establishment of service relationship,taking the case management model as the intervention means,using the practice skills such as motivation interview and rationalemotion therapy comprehensively,the service plan of three aspects,such as physiology,psychology and social life,can help the clients to achieve the goals of physiological detoxification,psychological rehabilitation and return to normal social life.The study shows that the case management model has superiority.It can effectively integrate social resources to meet the multiple needs of community rehabilitation personnel in the service intervention of community rehabilitation personnel.In the process of service,social workers used case management model rationally to assist the client to think about his problems,strengthened self-awareness,reinforced the motive,adjusted the client of the psychological condition,and took concrete and effective physical rehabilitation measures,maintained abstinence,learned how to blend in the social life,so as to provided all-round and multi-level services for client.
