Research On The Application Of Motivational Interview Method In Community Drug Abuse Cases

In recent years,the momentum of drug abuse in our country has continued to spread,and the phenomenon of drug abuse among young people is not optimistic.It has forced us to reexamine the problem of drug withdrawal.With the continuous deepening of community drug addiction,various regions have developed a community drug addiction model suitable for local conditions.In the new era,community detoxification is also faced with problems such as chaotic management of detoxification personnel and high relapse rate,which requires continuous exploration and progress.At present,the involvement of social work in community drug rehabilitation has also given new forms and possibilities to drug control work.More theories and techniques have been used in drug treatment cases to provide diversified choices for drug treatment personnel.Motivational interviewing is widely used at home and abroad as a method of interviews that has a good effect on the treatment of drug abuse and medication compliance.However,the application of motivational interviewing methods in community drug rehabilitation and teaching practice is relatively lacking.This paper takes many community drug treatment cases followed in social work practice as the research object,uses unstructured interview method and participatory observation method as the research method,and uses motivated interview method as the theoretical guide,focusing on the change of the motivation and behavior effect of the case.In the interviews and interviews,according to the characteristics of different stages in the ignorance period,contemplation period,decision period,action period,maintenance period and relapse period,the core consulting skills of asking open questions,affirming,reflecting and summarizing are used to intervene in community detoxification.Cases correct the process of helping and educating and returning to social life,continuously enhancing their motivation and confidence in drug treatment,and maintaining the results of drug treatment.From the aspects of anti-drug social workers,other community detoxification forces,social work organizations and community drug abuse cases themselves,the specific difficulties in the practical application of motivated interviewing methods were found.Finally,based on these four subjects,operational suggestions were put forward.
