A Practical Study On Re-socialization Of Community Drug Rehabilitation Personnel From The Perspective Of Case Management

At present,our country continues to develop the socialization of drug control work,actively explore a new model of drug control work management,deeply carry out community drug rehabilitation work,and provide integrated services for drug rehabilitation personnel through the introduction and training of professional social work forces.Help drug addicts to improve their motivation,consolidate the effectiveness of abstinence,and help them successfully return to society.Community detoxification rehabilitation is a kind of detoxification model advocated by our country at present.The place of detoxification rehabilitation is in the community.At the same time,detoxification rehabilitation in the community is also a process for community drug rehabilitation personnel to return to the community and receive re-socialized education.The re-socialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel includes the re-socialization of life skills,the re-socialization of vocational skills,the re-socialization of behavior norms and the re-socialization of life goals.Case management is a comprehensive service model,which is suitable for victims who face many problems at the same time and can not effectively seek help.Community drug rehabilitation workers are the victims who have multiple needs but can not help themselves.They are facing the difficulties of re-socialization,such as difficult to adapt to life,low employ ability,weak emotional support,difficult social integration and so on.Therefore,the author puts forward that the case management mode should be used to intervene in the process of re-socialization of drug rehabilitation personnel,and to provide comprehensive and high quality for community drug rehabilitation personnel through the continuous attention of case management,departmental linkage,integration of internal and external resources and empowerment.Continuous service helps them to cultivate their ability to adapt to life,correct deviant behavior,shape self-identity,reconstruct social relationship network and successful re-employment,so as to restore social function and repair social relations.In addition,the author tries to refine the case management process of community drug rehabilitation personnel in practical work,improve the practical guiding principles of case management,and develop the effectiveness evaluation system of community drug rehabilitation personnel re-socialization.In order to explore the localization mode of case management and promote the development of anti-drug social work in China,this paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures existing in the practice and application ofcase management in the practice of resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel.
