Research On The Way Of Non-profit Organization In Supply Of Rural Public Service

The supply of rural public services is of great significance to the development of rural areas and agricultural production in China.The traditional concept has always believed that public service supply is the responsibility of the government,and the Chinese government has long assumed the responsibility of providing rural public services.In recent years,the government has also been committed to the improvement of rural public services.It is increasingly found that public services cannot be completed independently by the government,but need to find new forces in the market and society.The characteristics of non-profit organizations determine the non-profit organizations.The unique role of rural public service supply,coupled with the guidance and cultivation of the government in recent years,the rapid development of non-profit organizations,and the practical exploration in the field of rural public services,has become one of the main suppliers of rural public services.The way in which non-profit organizations participate in rural public service supply determines their supply effect.Therefore,studying the participation of non-profit organizations in rural public service supply has become an important issue.Based on the analysis of how the current non-profit organizations in China participate in rural public services,based on the theory of failure,the theory of good governance and the multi-center governance theory under the leadership of the government,this paper finds the existence of existing methods through literature research and comparative analysis.The problem and propose corresponding countermeasures.The article is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the background of the topic,the meaning of the topic,the research ideas and the research methods,and sorts out the current domestic and international literature on the participation of non-profit organizations in the rural public service,including the necessity and advantages of participation.The second part is the general theory,including the core concepts,related theories and the necessity of non-profit organizations to participate in rural public services;the third part is the specific way of China's non-profit organizations to participate in rural public services,including Government cooperation,cooperation with enterprises and independent supply;the fourth part describes the current problems of each type of participation and analyzes the causes of these problems;the fifth part is about the current participation methods,from the management system,the law Relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward in terms of regulations,supervision mechanisms and participation.It is hoped thatthe non-profit organization's ability to participate,enrich and non-profit organizations' participation in rural public services,and the effectiveness of participation will be enhanced.
