A Study On The Identification Of Factors Influencing The Entrepreneurial Bottleneck Of Rural Women Based On DEMATEL Method

At present,digital technology accelerates the cultivation of female entrepreneurship awareness.For example,the number of female entrepreneurs in rural areas is increasing.However,rural women in the process of entrepreneurship is also faced with a more prominent entrepreneurial bottleneck.This study takes the examination of the bottleneck of rural women’s entrepreneurship as the starting point,and constructs the research framework of "bottleneck of rural women’s entrepreneurship--factor identification--countermeasure formulation".The focus of rural women entrepreneurship bottleneck is divided into two basic issues: one is the identification of rural women entrepreneurship bottleneck factors;Second,how to break through the bottleneck of rural women entrepreneurship.The bottleneck of rural women’s entrepreneurship is a system composed of dependent variables under multiple dimensions.The factors in the system are closely related to each other,and each factor has different influence weights on rural women’s entrepreneurship.It should be said that the identification of key influencing factors is the logical starting point for the breakthrough of the bottleneck of women’s entrepreneurship.At the same time,DEMATEL method is a method to study the influence of factors within the system by using the knowledge of matrix and graph theory,which can determine the causal status of each element in the system.Therefore,this study adopted this method.On the basis of literature review and reference of mature scales,this study sets up an index system of influencing factors at the macro,meso and micro levels.At the same time,the index system at macro,medium and micro levels was analyzed by expert opinion group evaluation and DEMATEL method,and the key factors were identified.For example,at the macro level,the impact of emerging digital technology on the system has been higher than that of female group characteristics.Furthermore,according to the key influencing factors,this paper puts forward targeted action suggestions and suggestions from two aspects of business environment optimization and digital technology investment,so as to promote and help rural entrepreneurial women to break through the bottleneck of entrepreneurship.On the one hand,this paper explores the practical application of DEMATEL method in rural female entrepreneurship,and promotes the research in the field of female entrepreneurship.On the other hand,it provides feasible action inspiration for rural female entrepreneurs to break through the bottleneck of entrepreneurship.
