Study On The Thought Of Inner-party Supervision In The New Period

Inner-party supervision of Chinese Communist Party, is the supervision and restraint to the party organizations and party members in carrying out the party's line policies, party members to perform duties and execute their rights, the party members the leading cadre to perform their duties, exercise the right given by the people's power, abide by the democratic centralism party and the party to party, strictly in accordance with the democratic centralism of the party policy by check, urge, evaluation, revealing, reporting and processing methods, so as to ensure the party's advanced nature and purity, and improve the party's cohesion and combat effectiveness of self-discipline and self-regulation and self purification activity. Since the eighteenth congress, the new central collective leadership guided by the Marxist theory of party construction, has made many new theory and system arrangement to the inner-party supervision within the party construction in new era, has put forward many innovative new thoughts and new ideas, which not only deepening the understanding of the construction of our party to the ruling party rules, but also enriching the theory of Marxist party, reflecting the new central leadership of the party construction new thinking and new understanding in the new period. Combing and analyzing the basic connotation and main content of the inner-party supervision thought of the communist party of China in the new period (referred to as the inner-party thought in the new period) can understand the new ideas and new judgments to the construction of the inner-party supervision; strengthen the theory and system construction of the inner-party supervision, help all levels of the party organizations lead the vast number of new party members consciously to grasp the inner-party supervision law and the new characteristics.This study is to build a relatively complete theoretical system on the basic features of inner-party supervision thought in the new period, from several aspects, macroscopic and microscopic, history and reality, theory and practice and so on. The specific content mainly is divided into introduction and seven chapters:The main research contents in the introduction part are discussed the research purpose, research significance, research content of the inner-party supervision in the new period. The research on the dynamic emphatically illustrates the comprehensive governing party, ideological construction, the party's style, movement, institution and the relationship of the inner-party supervision and put forward the main research direction of this article by means of analyzing the lack of the research.Chapter One:the main research content is the theoretical basis of the inner-party supervision thought in the new period. In combing the concept and the historical development of the inner-party supervision, this chapter discusses circling around the inner-party supervision thought of the Marxist classical writers' supervision and the inner-party supervision theory of the Chinese communist party and the ideological relations of the inner-party supervision thought in the new period. This chapter also analyzes and illustrates the basic characteristics and features of inner-party supervision thought and theory in the new period.Chapter Two:the main research content is to put forward the ideal faith of "lofty" which is the theoretical viewpoint of the backbone of the inner-party supervision thought in the new period.
