Research On Improving The Public Service Ability Of Urban Community From The Perspective Of Shared Development

Urban community is the basic unit of urban residents' social activities and the grass-roots platform for the construction of people's livelihood.The quality of public services is directly related to the quality of urban residents' living standards and the level of social construction of people's livelihood.The Party and the government have always attached great importance to the issue of community building.The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of "sharing",stressed the necessity of creating a new pattern of social governance of "building and sharing" the whole people,and pointed out that it is necessary to innovate social governance.Continue to promote social construction and governance fine.The success or failure of building a community is related to the effective implementation of the concept of shared development,the construction of a harmonious society,and the implementation of public services in urban communities is the process of realizing the expression of community residents' interests,community autonomy and community democracy.It is also the basic link of community construction.Therefore,improving the ability and level of public service in urban communities and improving the well-being of community residents are the starting point and foothold for the realization of the concept of shared development.Taking the concept of shared development as the breakthrough point and the public service of the urban community as the research object,this paper explores the path of realizing the concept of shared development by finding the way and method to perfect the public service of the urban community.The paper mainly answers two questions:first,the concept of shared development can provide theoretical guidance for enhancing the public service ability of urban community;second,the public service of urban community is the basic and realistic way to promote the concept of shared development.
