Research On The Supply Mechanism Of Multiple Subjects In Urban Community Public Services

Community is the basic unit of society,and also the frontier position and fundamental foothold of building harmonious society.Since the reform and opening up,the relationship between community and people's life has become more and more close.Community construction also plays an increasingly important role in society.Community public service is not only one of the important contents of community construction,but also one of the important indicators to measure the achievements of community construction.At present,China is in the period of social transformation.The population structure and social structure of urban communities have undergone tremendous changes.With the rapid changes in social structure,community public service has become one of the important carriers for integrating various social resources,expanding social space and meeting various social needs.The quality of community public service directly affects the satisfaction of the material and spiritual and cultural needs of community residents,the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in community activities,and the sense of belonging and identity of community residents.Therefore,how to construct a multi-subject supply pattern of urban community public service,to better meet the diverse needs of community residents and improve the quality of community public service is a practical problem to be solved urgently.This paper uses The New Public Service Theory,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to study the supply of public service of Shanghai urban communities.Through the empirical research on "Community Care" in Xietu Street,Xuhui District,Shanghai,it found that in recent years,Shanghai has made some progress in the supply of public services in urban communities,mainly manifested in the gradual diversification of the main body of the supply of public services in community,the continuous innovation of the supply mode of public services in community,and the gradual improvement of public service facilities and environment in community.There are also some problems,such as insufficient effective supply of community public services,low participation of residents and uneven supply of community public services.Accordingly,this paper aims to constructing a government-led multi-subject supply mechanism of community public service by following countermeasures andsuggestions: Reasonably Playing the Leading Role of the Government,orderly coordinating and guiding the entry of market forces and resources,giving full play to the active role of community residents,providing a good environment for the development of non-profit organizations,vigorously developing the construction of community volunteer team,and a negotiation cooperation platform for muti-subject suppliers.In order to to promote the high-quality development of Shanghai urban community public service.
