Research On Information Management Of Government Personnel Archives Management In Chengdu Shuangliu Area Based On Big Data Environment

With the continuous development of information technology means,archives resources are no longer simply passive archives access and utilization services,with the help of information technology means to achieve the social sharing of archives information resources,has become a new goal of innovation and development under the new historical conditions,new requirements in the face of new situations and development requirements,archives information construction has been paid more and more attention by the society and the government.By adopting and making full use of advanced and mature information technology and infrastructure,promoting the digitalization construction of traditional carrier archives,establishing archives digital resources system,meeting the needs of information management of archives departments at all levels,promoting the highly integration of information and archives management in all aspects of business work,and comprehensively improving the management level,archives work efficiency can be improved to meet the needs of the times.It has become an important part of the current work of government departments.Archives informationization construction mainly uses computer technology to carry out the process of management informationization and modern comprehensive management based on archives information resources.Archives informationization construction is one of the key projects of archives work development at present stage in our country.This paper analyses the current situation at home and abroad,studies and discusses the theory of big data and the theory of cadre and personnel archives management,and analyses the problems existing in the construction of local government cadre and personnel archives,including the obsolete management mode,the authenticity of cadre and personnel archives,the sharing of archives information,security and confidentiality.Starting from the actual situation of Shuangliu District,this paper expounds in detail the general situation of Shuangliu District,the Archives Bureau of Shuangliu District and the current situation of personnel archives management of Shuangliu District,including the management system of personnel archives of Shuangliu District,the management mode of personnel archives of Shuangliu District,the data utilization mode of personnel archives of Shuangliu District,and the information construction of personnel archives management of Shuangliu District.At the same time,the problems and causes of personnel archives management in Shuangliu District are analyzed.For example,"paper archives" are the main form of personnel archives preservation in Shuangliu District and lack of intellectualization;function deficiency is the main problem of personnel archives management system in Shuangliu District and lack of intellectualization;difficulty in file sharing is the core problem of personnel archives management system in Shuangliu District.Low utilization rate,security and confidentiality are the basic problems of personnel file management system for cadres in Shuangliu District,and the problems of high risk are elaborated in detail.Finally,aiming at the management problems existing in personnel archives management of double-flow cadres,this paper puts forward some solutions and technical implementation methods,including establishing a cloud storage platform for personnel archives of double-flow cadres;completing the design of Internet of Things for personnel archives management of double-flow cadres,realizing intelligent management;optimizing the framework design of intelligent system for personnel archives management of double-flow cadres,and realizing intelligent management.
