Study On Pension Mode Selection Of Retired Employees In State-owned Enterprises

The proportion of the elderly population in China is increasing rapidly and the population structure is in the transition period.With the increase of China's economic size and the acceleration of urbanization,pension model will bring a series of changes.The definition and demand of the aged will be multi-level and diversified.In particular,the city pension,pension services in the way of continuous innovation.Under the guidance of the 13 th five-year national plan for the development of undertakings for the aged and the construction of the old-age care system,the old-age care service system based on home,supported by community,supplemented by institutions and combined with medical and nursing care will be more sound.Taking the retired employees of state-owned enterprises in the SY community of Chengdu city as an example,this paper adopts the method of literature research and investigation research to investigate and analyze the community home-based care mode.Through empirical study,this paper finds out the pension model selection and puts forward some Suggestions.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative analysis is made on the selection of the pension mode in the community where the retired workers of state-owned enterprises live,the pension mode expected by the retired workers in this community is obtained,and the optimization path of the home-based pension mode of SY community in Chengdu under the situation of the reform of state-owned enterprises is proposed.Based on the analysis of the data,this paper concludes that the community residents' most expected way of providing for the aged is to provide for the aged at home.In the case of community home-based care that has been formed at present,the old-age care service based on big data,cloud computing and Internet platform should be constructed.At the same time,in the transition period of socialized pension management for retired employees of state-owned enterprises,the group of retired employees of state-owned enterprises should participate in pension and information construction through joint efforts of government and enterprises and various ways to promote the reform.We will enable the elderly to live in peace and security in their old age and truly realize the goal of "supporting,treating,performing and enjoying the elderly".
