Study On Community Volunteer Incentive System

With the acceleration of urban and rural integration in China,more and more people live in the community,and the community has become the "cell" of China grass-roots society.As a functional branch of volunteers,community volunteers play an important role in the construction of our community.By motivating volunteers to participate in the service,and making full use of existing community resources to carry out targeted services,can meet the daily needs of community residents,in order to closely connect the individual,family and society.At present,China grass-roots community voluntary services is still in a shortage condition.In addtion to this,the incentive mechanism and system of volunteers are not perfect.Therefore,how to motivate more people to join the community volunteer team,expand the scale of community volunteers,and maintain the stable service of the volunteer team,we need to carry out systematic research on the incentive system of community volunteers.In the context,the author takes grassroots community volunteers as the object of study.By using literature research,questionnaire and interview methods to analyze the current situation,existing problems and reasons of grass-roots community volunteer incentive mechanism.The grassroots community volunteer incentive system was constructed.Firstly,the external incentive system was built from the aspects of laws and regulations and policies,rights and interests protection system,broadening of funds channels and publicity of volunteer culture.Then,the training system,commendation incentive system,evaluation system and awareness of citizen participation were enhanced.Several aspects constitute an internal incentive system.Finally,the “four social S+” collaborative incentive system is constructed by combining various factors such as community,volunteers,volunteer organizations and government,in order to integrate the resources of all parties and form a linkage mechanism.In view of the problems that the incentive system may encounter in the implementation process,specific safeguard measures are proposed from the aspects of internal incentives,external incentives and multi-party cooperation to ensure that the incentive system is implemented and the role is effectively implemented.Taking Suining County community as an example,this paper systematically explores the incentive system of community volunteers,providing reference for the establishment and improvement of community volunteer service system at the grass-roots level,in order to promote the development of volunteer service in China.
