Analysis Of The Influencing Factors For The Development Of Civil-military Integration Innovation Team At Colleges Featuring National Defense

President Xi Jinping proposed that the strategy of civil-military integration should be enhanced and this development strategy of civil-military integration should be elevated into a national strategy. As the international economic integration is deepening increasingly and revolution in military affairs is raging like a storm, the form of war has been increasingly transformed from mechanism-oriented into information-oriented, military competition is more like a high-quality talent contest, and the national defense will surely attach greater importance to the cultivation of high-level talents in the defense-related science and technology. To enhance the cultivation of innovative military talents and the capability for national security and defense, China should adapt to the situation and seize the chance to establish and improve the weapon and equipment system as well as the talent cultivation system of civil-military integration.In recent years, many researchers and scholars home and abroad have made certain research on the construction and management of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, and they have also done some pilot research on how to evaluate the team performance. However, with the deepening development of the civil-military integration in colleges and universities, more and more universities and scientific research teams have been engaged into the study of important defense strategies and have gradually formed a group of stable civil-military integration innovation teams. Through material research, expert interview, questionnaire, and field research analysis, this paper firstly summarizes the theory and characteristics of the college civil-military integration scientific innovation teams, and based on the current development situation of the college civil-military integration scientific innovation teams, further summarizes the different development types of those teams. This paper builds the index system of factors influencing the development of civil-military integration innovation team by analyzing the three influencing factors: external environment, the management of colleges and universities, and internal organization. Secondly, this paper uses the method of investigation and statistical measurement analysis for the empirical study, discovers the relationship among various influencing factors, builds the factor analysis models, and distinguishes the importance levels among different factors. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policies and suggestions to provide further references for college civil-military integration scientific innovation teams.
