Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Interaction Between The Government And The Citizen In Suzhou City During The Times Of Internet

With the continuous development of Internet technology and the vigorous promotion of "Internet+government services",the favorable interaction between the government and citizens has increasingly become an important part of social harmony.The interaction between the government and citizens,which reflects the government's response to the public's needs and the public's participation in social governance.The interaction can improve the subjective status of civil society governance,at the same time,it helps to improve the decision-making level of the government and enhance the credibility of the government.At present,Suzhou government makes full use of Internet technology to encourage citizens to communicate and interact with the government through interactive platforms.The interactive channels are also gradually diversified and the content is gradually enriched.However,at the same time,lack of interaction awareness between government and citizens,weak level of government service,the lower quality of interactive information disclosure and lower public participation,the imperfect mechanism of governmental information resources sharing and cooperation,the unsatisfactory response to public opinion management and the imperfect supervision mechanism,which lead to the interaction between the Suzhou government and citizens faced with some problems and challenges also,such as the insufficient utilization rate of the government and citizens interactive sections,the lack of information disclosure to support interaction between government and citizens,the lack of quantity and practicality of resources open for interaction between government and citizens,and the response and supervision effect of government and citizens interaction on public opinion management.These directly affect the Suzhou government's effective acknowledge of public opinion and citizens' livelihood.It will also have a negative impact on the enthusiasm of citizens to participate in social governance,and will hinder the economic development of Suzhou and the construction of a harmonious society.From the view of the Internet,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of interaction between government and citizens in Suzhou,and analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,suggestions for improving the interaction between the government and the citizens are proposed:first,smooth channels to enhance the interactive effectiveness between government and citizens;second,strengthen the information disclosure to improve capabilities of interactive service between the government and citizens;third,explore interaction information between the government and citizens to improve data sharing and openness;finally,we must standardize the interaction between the government and the citizens to improve the level of public opinion management.This paper aims to help the Suzhou government improve its governance,improve the capacity to govern,and make the government more efficient.At the same time,this paper also wish to help strengthen the two-way communication between government and citizens,and continuously improve people's participation in social governance,thereby to promote the harmonious development of society.
