The Research On Social Interaction In The Perspective Of Social Governance Innovation

It brings new problems of community governance, with the reform of Chinese traditional administrative system. To solve these problems, we must be clear about the government function and innovate management, then we can go from the traditional management to governance path. In this case, interaction between the government and the society, this new mode emerges as the times require.In 2008, Taicang took the lead pilot of interaction between the government and the society and achieved remarkable results. In 2012, Suzhou City Hall dispatched that it would be in the implementation of interaction between the government and the society.The Streets of Shishan was to become a pilot Street in Suzhou New District in 2013.This article is from the perspective of interaction between the government and the society pilot of Shishan Street. After discussing the related concepts of community governance, this article uses Shishan Street as the research object. With survey data and case, it introduced the results of Shishan Street making in social interaction in the pilot:service center of social organizations achieved initial success, communities strengthened brand construction, a project of social organizations was selected by the third Suzhou City venture philanthropy. It also analyzed the problems in the process of pilot: the power allocation of community management is not reasonable, community organization is unscientific, community workers are lack of professional and social organizations are immature. At last, this article puts forward the optimization path of system innovation effect of "social interaction". Through the pilot of Shishan Street’s "social interaction", it may provide the research content and the examples for the community governance and speed up the modernization of national governance.
